Warehouse Renovation Work Continues

Posted 2010-03-28

RAVENNA, OH – Workers recently completed the demolition of Bldg 6 making way for construction of new overhead doors for garaging equipment.  As part of this reclamation work, portions of the 3,500 sq. ft. concrete floor slab were removed in preparation for storm drainage improvements.  This phase will also include the planned demolition and salvage of Bldg 8:  a 10,000 sq. ft. single-story building that served as the foundry’s in-door shipping area. Renovation work is expected to continue into the Summer.  Purchased in 1987, the former 13-acre A. C. Williams Company industrial complex serves to provide warehouse space and shop facilities for Martin's re-manufacturing business. Over the course of the year, we will continue to keep you posted on the progress.
