Lani Bower Named Office Manager

KENT, OH - R.W. Martin & Sons, Inc. has appointed Lani Bower as Office Manager. While continuing to support the sales team, Bower will be responsible for supervising, coordinating and organizing office personnel and activities. She will also oversee our office programs and operations and will implement and coordinate Martin’s marketing strategies, programs and communications. This move recognizes Lani’s unique management abilities that energize the staff and have significantly benefitted our organization and customers.
Bower joined Martin as our front desk receptionist in 1997. Within three years she accepted an administrative assistant position working with the inside sales team. Using her terrific creative talent, she soon began implementing and coordinating Martin’s marketing strategies, programs and communications. She has also successfully coordinated operations for the Company’s PartsPLUS® and SignatureSERVICE® post-sale customer service groups.
