We have the manufacturing capabilities necessary for customizing coils to fit the specifications of your application. We can also duplicate almost any OEM coil design. Additionally, we can enhance initial designs to fulfill your custom coil needs.
We offer many different manifold and circuiting configurations to meet your steam coil needs as well as the ability to add drain pans to replacement units. Our pans and coils are designed with stainless steel and other materials with corrosion protection, so you receive longer lifespans and higher durability.
Martin Coil's unique approach to creating heavy-duty, custom coils incorporates proven techniques for achieving high-performance durability for intense environments in which many coil failures occur. The main function of our heavy-duty custom coils is to perform optimally in acidic water, salty air and in areas with exposure to hazardous, corrosive chemicals.

Our condenser coils come in a wide range of sizes with many different aluminum and copper fin configurations. We have the ability to create custom condenser coils in sizes up to 30 feet for industrial HVAC systems.
Here at Martin Coil, we supply condenser coils in many sizes with various aluminum and copper fin configurations. We can customize the size of your coils up to 30 feet for industrial HVAC applications. Specifications include:
- Tube wall thickness from .014 to .049 inches
- Fin thickness from .006 to .010 inches
- Tube diameters of 5/16, 3/8, and 1/2, or 5/8 inches.
