Maintaining Laundry & Dry Cleaning Coils

Maintaining your laundry & dry cleaning coils is critical for supporting a high-efficiency system. The coils in your heating and cooling systems are in near-constant contact with the circulating air. If you coils accumulate dirt and dust, overall efficiency decreases significantly. Dirt and dust functions as insulation when left unchecked, reducing your systems efficacy in heating or cooling the air. Dirty coils also create unpleasant-smelling air and allergens. Performing regular maintenance and replacing air filters is the most effective method for preventing these issues.
